 I am allowed to have the day off school 8/10  I get an A for school work 5/10  I am invited to a birthday party 7/10  I find and can keep £50 6/10  My mum says she loves me 10/10

 It stops me feeling angry  I can walk away  I feel better and happier

 I feel anxious when Hepzibah picks on me  I don’t like it when people pick on me at school  I feel anxious when I see my science teacher  I feel anxious when people make fun of me

 I feel stressed, upset and angry  Heart beat gets faster and take shorter breaths  I get confused and hard to think  I get frustrated and my muscles tense and I make a fist

 Some people feel hotter or colder  My hands make a fist

 Everyone feels angry or annoyed sometimes.  My mum get annoyed when the family doesn't do what she wants them to do I know when my mum is cross is because she shouts a lot and her face changes When my friend gets angry he throws his weight around.

 In class I get up walk out and slam the door.  I t doesn’t make me feel better.  I could walk out the door and don ‘t slam it and go somewhere quiet like D1

Things I Can Do To Help Myself Feel better!

Show an adult my GREEN CARD Then I can go to D1 and have 10 mins time out. The teacher will know I am feeling very stressed and I won’t get into trouble.
