Success in Exercising

What I Have Learned I learned where I was making my mistakes and kept making new adjustments to try to complete my goal. I have not quite gotten to where I wanted to be in the last 10 Weeks, but I will continue this new routine that I have created for myself and I look forward to my final outcome. I had surgery which made it hard to exercise for 3 weeks.

What I Have Learned Cont. Overall I have found this whole process interesting and was able to understand better about what it meant to find a problem and create a solution and sticking with your new routines to successfully completing your goal. I also enjoyed putting the data into a storyboard. I was able to visually see where I was at the end of each week, which I found very useful in helping me to obtain my goals.
