AIM OF RESEARCH What we want to analyze is the question: Is the society take care about young people, their needs, interests and about their everyday orientation? This originate second set of questions: What young people think about their rights in front of law, in schools, etc… and level of respect of it? What we intending to get is: Focus of community should operate on real life level, citizens have to understand that laws brings more organized and easier life to them.

RESEARCH TASKS - answers on aim of research 1.How much are young people familiar with different occurrences in everyday life 2.Establish position of young people about equality in front of law and how their rights, enabling with law, are respects 3.How much young people knows about illegal actions, and analyze of their position and behavior in possible risk situations 4.Identifying their interest and way of help to be as much as more informed and more successful and more secure in numerous living situations

METHODOLOGY OF RESEARCH INSTRUMENTATION Enquiry questionnaire, three part: For collection of personal data of enquiries For enquiry how much are young people get know with rights in different living situations, and Conclusion part, with series of questions about position, thinking and relationship connected with research problems Questionnaire, contains 40 questions, from which: 8 complexes (composed from series of sub-questions) 6 questions about personal data of enquiries

ENQUIRIES Sample geographically encircled all territory of Montenegro Stratification has been worked based on two parameters: Population of young people living in cities and Their status (the research was for graduate secondary school students and students of university) The sample has been projected on 500 enquiries: 200 students 300 secondary school graduate students 13 enquiries was expelled from data processing because of validity of research

EMPIRICAL RESEARCH In Montenegro, influence of family, conservative surroundings and outstanding care about children, present even after children formed their own families influence on “laziness” of young people to take over the responsibilities for them selves Estimation of personal realtionship and responsibility toward them selves and family

Building mutual trust between citizens and policemen is one of basic needs of Montenegrin society. The level of trust will be developed if both sides have very precise information about allowed limitation of competence and freedom of both sides. As a result of research, young people are much familiar about this relationship on the streets, than later – in the police station…
