Anti-Trust Compliance Policy A trade association is, such as the PTNPA, by its very nature, a combination of competitors and, therefore, must conduct its business in strict adherence to federal and state antitrust laws. PTNPA conducts its meetings in accordance with federal and state antitrust laws. We refer members to the antitrust compliance policy found in their meeting materials.
