What does it cost? ECITB Levy Fee as in scope company: Training levy will be assessed on the total gross wages paid to employees and the total gross payments made to contract staff hired under labour-only agreements. ECITB Full Grant Apprentice is employed from the outset of training. Up to £5,000 on completion of off-the-job Further Education, Key/Core skills and fundamental skills training. £5,000 assumes 12-month off-the-job training, paid pro rata if less. If the off-the-job period lasts 12 months in total, but is stretched over a longer period, the grant is similarly spread over that period. Part Grant Apprentice is employed only for on-the-job period of the Apprenticeship. £5,000 is paid on completion of the Apprenticeship. Initial Investment v Non Recoverable Time Year 1 & 2: Current Year 1 = 20 ApprenticesWages at Year 1 £186,420 ECITB Grant Year 1 £150,000 Year 2 = 20 ApprenticesWages at Year 2 £234,000 A: Total £420, 420B: Total £262,500 Cordell Group Investment(A-B): £157,920
