Takes time …need to reflect and re experience to demonstrate learning and consistent practice Can be frustrating when ‘time for learning’ is cancelled…. specialists aren’t available Takes time … need to plan, discuss and seek feedback from others Can be time consuming when selecting evidence to include in your portfolio writing up the different forms of evidence… often out with hours… Takes patience…feedback needs acted on, some revision of evidence Needs development and agreement of objectives prior to each section of the rotation But… with e portfolio things should be easier!
