Grouping of control centres and systems, Implementation of new systems (DMS, Maintenance) and demand for information all around the company Need for Integration (SCADA/DMS, AM/FM/GIS, MAINTENANCE/RELIABILITY, CIS) Need for real time information (Maintenance, operation) and historical data (planning, maintenance, operation, management). Web technologies: Corporate access from anywhere, small bandwidth requirement, friendliness. New regulation requirements (exoneration, customer discounts, auditability, etc..)
