What IS JAUNT? A regional transportation system providing service to Albemarle, Buckingham, Charlottesville, Fluvanna, Louisa and Nelson.

Where does JAUNT receive it’s funding?

Our mission? JAUNT provides safe, courteous, and prompt public and specialized services that respond to community mobility needs.

Who can ride JAUNT? Anyone can ride JAUNT but there are usually reduced fares available for people with disabilities and those passengers 60 and older.

Application for service?

In Charlottesville, JAUNT is the paratransit provider for the Charlottesville Transit Service CTS

How does a person ride JAUNT? Determine where and when you want to go and… when you want to return… Then call JAUNT at x3 and make a reservation!
