Edit or submit e-IR21 saved as draft or pending approval. 2 To view a list of IR21 records, you can either retrieve them using employee ID or by filing status. 3 To search by Employee’s ID, enter Employee ID in the field provided and click Search. If there is more than one record, the records will be listed by: Filing status (Draft, Pending approval followed by Submitted); and Date (descending order within each filing status) If there is no IR21 record, the message “No Records found” will be displayed. 4 To search by filing status, click on the respective hyperlinks: Draft: To display IR21 with draft filing status; Pending Approval: To display IR21 with pending approval status; Submitted: To display IR21 with submitted status; ALL of the above: To display all IR21 records. Note: You may view filing status of IR21 submitted via fax, post, EVN or myTax Portal. You will see the following messages: File Form/Return - No outstanding draft/pending approval e-IR21 Draft IR21 pending filing Approve and submit e-IR21 3 Click on the “Draft e-IR21 pending filing” or “Approve and Submit e-IR21” links to bring you to the IR21 filing status page with e-IR21 of either Draft/Pending Approval. Note : “No outstanding draft/pending approval e-IR21” message will be displayed when no action is required or action is done or upon expiry of 21 days from date of last saved draft e-IR21.
