The Internet2 - HP+SHI Partnership Meeting our Infrastructure Needs Provide “community cloud” services, i.e. infrastructure and platform services, tailored to specific use cases of the higher ed community. The Internet2 - Box.net Partnership Addressing the Collaboration Challenge Enable users to securely store and share content via multiple devices and applications Status: Box/Internet2 agreement signed; Internet2/school agreement being negotiated Early adopters using Box to test and validate the offering Easy to use administrative portal being developed. Services will be made available to other schools when these are complete in early 2012 (over 60 inquiries already).
