PURPOSE To provide timely and effective economic solutions for the processing of Solid Wastes and Waste Waters thereby protecting the health and welfare of citizens and the environment.

Objectives to be considered : 1) Treatment of Municipal Solid Wastes 2) Treatment of Municipal Waste Waters 3) Creation of a National Energy Plan

CREATION OF JOBS Multiple jobs are created by each MPAT energy facility in the fields of : Engineering, Construction, Transportation, Administration, Plant Operations and Maintenance.

COMMON FACTORS OF THESE OBJECTIVES : The McMullen Process Provides The Positive Solution For: - The Disposal of Solid Wastes - The Disposal of Waste Waters

A ‘COMBINED’ MPAT ENERGY WASTE FACILITY REDUCES COSTS OF COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION AND TREATMENT ELECTRICITY CONVERTOR SOLID WASTE PURIFIED WATER H2O ACTIVATED CARBON (FILTER MEDIA) WASTE WATER SLUDGE A CONTINOUS BED OF ACTIVATED CARBON DESTROYS ODOR AND FILTERS THE WASTE WATER THE COMBINATION OF SOLID AND WATER WASTES ARE CONVERTED TO ELECTRICITY AND ACTIVATED CARBON (WITHOUT TOXIC EMISSIONS)

OBJECTIVE # 1 Solid Waste Disposal What is the ideal method to solve this problem? Answer – CONVERT THE SOLID WASTE INTO ENERGY BY UTILIZING THE McMULLEN PROCESS ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY (MPAT). Advantages: MPAT is NOT Incineration, Composting or Landfilling: Not Incineration!? - The Flame never comes into contact with the waste. No need for a Hazardous Ash Landfills common to Incinerating. The clean product gas is contained, compressed and efficiently utilized. MPAT energy products are clean: No toxic emissions in the process. For every (1) ton of recovered carbon from solid waste… MPAT prevents three (3) tons of carbon dioxide from entering the atmosphere .. MPAT Reverses the Green House Effect 3 to 1 !

GARBAGE DUMPS THE ESCAPING TOXIC GASES GENERATED CONTRIBUTE TO CONTAMINATE THE GROUND AND THE LOCAL WATER TABLES. THE ESCAPING TOXIC GASES GENERATED CONTRIBUTE TO GLOBAL WARMING AND CLIMATE CHANGE. LONG TRIPS TO, INTO AND FROM GARBAGE DUMPS INCREASE THE COSTS OF MAINTAINING COLLECTION EQUIPMENT AND CONSUMPTION OF TRUCKING FUEL.

COMBINED SOLUTIONS : ADVANTAGES: The communities water, soils and air are not contaminated. MPAT energy is environmentally clean even when processing combined solid wastes and waste waters. The same process (MPAT) that converts the solid and waste waters recovers multiple renewable and useful products. PRODUCTION: Each MPAT energy combined facility produces approximately 1 NET MW of Electricity per ton of converted waste. MPAT energy produces roughly one (1) ton of recovered carbon for each five (5) tons of converted waste … 1 to 5. Waste Waters can be made potable.

NET PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICITY IN MEGAWATT S PER HOUR For each ton of converted solid wastes one Net MW of electricity can be produced. A single MPAT Facility processing 400 Tons Per Day of Municipal wastes will produce approximately 16.666 MW of saleable electricity each hour -- 24 hours per day. For example: 400 T/D processed = 16.666 NET Saleable MWs 24 hours per day, enough to power 16,666+ homes 24 hours per day.

WASTE WATER PLANT ODORS LARGE PUMPING STATIONS REQUIRE MUCH COSTLY ELECTRICITY PUMPING STATIONS PUMPING STATIONS LONG LARGE WASTE WATER PIPELINES REQUIRE MANY COSTLY PUMPING STATIONS WASTE WATER PLANT ODORS

REGIONAL MPAT ‘RRI’ CONVERTOR FACILITY CAMOFLAGED AS A PARK IN THE BAY UTILIZING GRAVITY, WASTE WATER PIPES CAN BE LOCATED ALONG THE EXISTING DITCHES, STREAMS AND RIVERS TO ELIMINATE PUMPING STATIONS AND SIMPLIFY REGIONAL FLOW OF THE WASTE WATERS. THE WATERS FLOW BY GRAVITY TO A CUSTOM DESIGNED MPAT RESOURCE RECOVERY ISLAND (RRI) FACILITY: - LOCATING, ISOLATING AND OPERATING - WITHOUT USE OF VALUABLE INLAND PROPERTY CAMOFLAGED AS A PARK IN THE BAY FRUIT TREES , BIRD SANCTUARIES, ZOOS, MARINAS, BEACHES -- OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

CREATION OF AN ELECTRICAL ENERGY PRODUCTION PLAN All cities are facing a power challenge. The emergent nations such as China are buying ever increasing amounts of the planet’s fuel resources and other raw commodities. Utilizing the McMullen Process Advanced Technology: Provides the renewable resource system to increase energy production. Promotes energy independence as the purchase of foreign fossil fuels is offset. Strengthens the economic growth of the country.
