MPR (Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat) People’s Consultative Assembly Consists of DPR and DPD DPR is representing all political parties DPD is representing provinces (4 people each) Amends UUD 1945 Inaugurates President and Vice President

DPR (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat) House of Representatives/Parliament/Legislative Assembly Consists of all political parties Legislates regulations (‘Undang-Undang’) under UUD 1945. Approves annual finance proposal from the government (APBN)
