3 UX-2014 UX-2014 is a scenario-based Design Reference Prototype and a detailed Design Specifications Manual and Policy Options Guidebook for an online health insurance portal Goal is to make it easier for people to understand the coverage they may be eligible for and to support their enrollment decision-making It is claimed to be the best-in-class user experience for enrolling in health insurance coverage
