IMMEDIATE RESULTS Implemented ASYCUDA in record period of time(Six months) Adjustment to automation by stakeholders Increase in average monthly revenue(average of about 4.5M to 7M in the first One year after automation at the pilot site(Freeport) Decrease in clearance time from 36 days before automation to less than 10 days in the first of automation
