Guidance for One-To-One discussion Line Leaders, must drive One to One with each member of your team Fundamentals: Each is responsible for own safety pointing out colleagues unsafe behaviour Supervisors are responsible for their team's safety as well These Fundamentals need to be captured in day-to-day accountabilities or they have no meaning

Purpose One-To-One discussions Must lead to public commitments by yourself and direct-reports Familiarisation with PDO House Rules and PDO HSE Golden Rules Discussion what each person can do to keep themselves and their colleagues safe Contribute to improving HSE performance of PDO and Contractors All personnel to make meaningful commitments that can be captured as HSE tasks/behaviours in their PC.
