Greater frequency of alcohol use in Class C mishaps - A few inputs on graphics, illustrations, etc. -- First, everybody loves a picture, especially of a mishap scene, a broken wing, or some other “piece of evidence.” However, only use them if they contribute substantially to the content of your briefing. And do not over-do it! -- Try to use high quality stuff (JPEG, GIF, etc) but remember that graphics are very memory-intensive and may bog down your brief. -- Throughout this template, there are several “good” examples of how to use pictures, images, and other stuff to accentuate your briefing. -- Avoid stock clipart-type graphics. Use actual photos of the mishap, evidence, or other actual images when possible. Images of darts or light bulbs don’t tend to meet muster. -- And please, use common sense when displaying actual photos from the crash scene (i.e. practice good judgement, avoid excessive gore).
