 If there is: “fighting, loud music, rowdiness, and unreasonable noise”  Police are allowed to break up the party, and even make arrests

 Police can kick crashers out  -It is considered trespassing and illegal

 Against the law if it is considered “hazing”  Hazing: Method of initiation or pre-initiation into a student organization which causes physical & mental disgrace, damage or harm.  Participants can be fined up to $5000 or sent to jail

 Can land you in temporary jail, or prison and can cost up to $50,000 in fines  Might be required to pay for the damage caused  Or have to work in the clean up crew

 Do not need a special license  However basic Driving principles apply: DUI is illegal Know speed limits Take responsibility If under 21 cannot operate w/ more than 0.01% blood alcohol concetration Can be charge for vehicle manslaughter if fatal accident occurs
