2 The Procter & Gamble Limited Employee Charities Fund What is it? The Charity Fund is an opportunity for all employees & associates to regularly give to local charities and good causes direct from their salary. For every £1 donated by an Employee, P&G matches £1 The Employee Charity Fund is open to all P&G employees and associates. How is the money shared? Donation decisions are made on behalf of the members by a Local Committee, with representation from Seaton Delaval, Longbenton, Cobalt and Associates. Who can receive funds? Local Charities, Local Good Causes Many of the sponsorship requests are from P&G employees for local causes in which they are involved or wish to support How can I join? If you are not already a member go to

These may not necessarily be financial but providing time and knowledge from employees. How do I ask for sponsorship?
