 DCSF changed the name from Funded Hours to Hours at Setting to improve clarity  Hours at setting for 2 year olds is now available in addition to hours for 3 and 4 year olds  New location -Tools | Statutory Return Tools | Update Hours as Setting for 2 year olds - similarly for 3 and 4 year olds Statutory Return Tools 22 Hours at Setting
