Exam Format Write a piece of composition in about 300 words.

Types of Writing Topics 1. Letter : - personal - formal (letter of complaint, letter to the editor,etc) 2. Argumentative 3. Imaginative 4. Narrative

Paper Two Weighting : 24% Time Allowed : 1 hour 30 minutes (Reading Comprehension & Usage)

Exam Format I: Reading Comprehension Read 2 pieces of comprehension passages and attempt MC questions for each piece. Each question carries 2 marks.

II: Usage -Open Cloze -Closed Cloze -Matching (paragraph and/or sentence) -Proof-reading -Re-writing

Paper Three Weighting : 32% Time Allowed : 1 hour 50minutes (Listening, Reading & Writing)
