Tim MacPherson British advertising photographer, Tim MacPherson ’ s photos are bursting with concepts of a brilliantly vibrant imagination. All of his photo concepts seem to be rooted in some form of personal fantasy, dreams and desires. Note the series with the children in their fabricated worlds. It really took a double take to realize that the boy was not on a real motorcycle - no limit to the imagination here. Tim composes strikingly creative, and deceptively simple sets using materials found around the house. This guy must have been the best babysitter ever. A hugely talented photographer, MacPherson has worked for such worthy causes as Treehouse Autism, and on advertising campaigns against teenage pregnancies. He not only displays an infinite amount of vision, but is also able to execute his ideas flawlessly. Tim ’ s commercial clients include Honda, McDonalds, Nikon, Phillips, IRS, The Sunday Times, etc. Tim is an inveterate traveler, and of each trip he is trying to bring up many interesting photos illustrating his social point of view. From crowded lavatories to packed kitchens and beds, Tim Macpherson knows how to take the ordinary and make it extraordinary. Enjoy.
