Eligibility requirements for Planning Services partners 11  Each offering has it’s own organizational delivery requirements  Consultant requirements are based on specified exams and vary by PS offering  Each certified delivery consultant must associate their Microsoft Account (WLID) and link their Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) credentials to the partner company’s MPN Location ID in order to access the VVR tool in order to reserve and redeem the customer’s voucher Partner Eligibility Requirements
