ODD ONE OUT ? B A C D E

Learning If you make an effort to look at things in different ways, you can come up with a different answers. Unfortunately, in education we are so trained to stop looking for another answer as soon as we have found one.

T.Q.M MEANS RIGHT FIRST TIME

You Cannot Say…. 80%, 90%, 99%..is OK I am doing well, 6 mistakes / errors in a week is accepted I used to make 10, but now I make 6

T.Q.M MEANS BUILDING PROACTIVE CULTURE

We are normally reactive, not proactive….. - List the type of problems we may confront in next 3 months - Create another list of likely problems, we need to overcome in 6,12,18,24 months….

T.Q.M MEANS COLOURFUL IMPROVEMENTS

Making our work easier, better & faster Reducing delays, downtime, lead times Reducing errors, reworks, rejections, waste Saving efforts, time and money Good Housekeeping Increasing productivity Developing good work environment

Commitment It is an essential element of TQM. It must be at every level. It is a duty,an obligation and a responsibility to make TQM work. It is nothing but doing what you say you will do and involving others in process.

Not being committed is reflected in : - Talking..not doing - Finding 10 excuses - Blaming others - Assuming others will do first - TQM is not for me

T.Q.M IS EVERYONES JOB
