Good Communication = Keep barriers to a minimum Barriers include: Lack of understanding Lack of trust or honesty Technical jargon/ content Language barriers/ Cultural differences Inadequate feedback Emotional interference (being angry or tired) Knowledge/ expertise of sender and receiver Quality of information sent Inappropriate medium Poor listening skills Position/ status of sender
