 Student driven and organised - by committee with course leader guidance  End of level 6 party /celebration part of a number of events for level 6 graduate to work events. Careers conference. Tourism Club  60ish students and staff  Dinner/ dancing and raffle  Charity fundraising  sponsored by SBS partially -

 I can see now how it all comes together, the last few years all makes sense in the final year"  It's been a great course, so pleased I did tourism"  "You've been there since day one in induction until now - thank you for looking after me"  "It's been tough but I'm glad because I can be proud of myself now"  "I loved that module  "My project was immense, don't know what I would have done without my tutor"  " Thanks so much for doing this. We really want to enjoy the end of all the hard work"  " I've really enjoyed organising the ball, I got to feel really part of tourism but I wish people bought their tickets earlier!"  "It's really good to see the tutors out of University. I feel like they are more my equal now"  All my course mates are here and I can't stop crying, it's the last time I'll see everyone together"

 "I enjoyed the feeling of Bonhomie at the event. We can all celebrate together"  "Many students wanted to keep in touch and still be part of the tourism team"  "I was surprised at how many students have got jobs,and good ones too"  "Isn't it great to see everyone out of work"  "Students told me some horror stories about some modules"  "really heartening to see students who want to thank you for everything"  "reminds me why I like doing my job"  "Final year students have had time to reflect on the whole experience. They give you a much more positive view than the usual timetable gripes"  "They said they were scared at the beginning of the final year but now feel like they have really learnt something"  "I was surprised at the number of students who wanted to shake my hand"
