Personal Build Relationships All staff – Honor and recognize the work everyone does Seek continuing support to keep the district moving forward Communities and their stakeholders Legislatively – Local and State Political Leaders, as well as fellow Superintendents Develop Business Acumen - Know documents, mandated reports, procedures and policies Knowledge of all basic laws and legal principals as they pertain to our district Continuing My Education Work to meet District Priorities and Goals 5 year plans for: Finance, Building & Grounds, Maintenance, Personnel, Special Education and Technology Goals as Superintendent Equity in distribution of Federal and State Aid Lower the number of students transferring to the ALC Update curriculums to help our students stay competitive – Reestablish the review cycle with Language Arts/Reading next year and Social studies the following year. Add more AP classes Keep q-comp viable and productive Use a team approach in the administration of our school, with the superintendent ultimately responsible Professional
