5 Common Evaluation Plan Terminology Qualitative Values  Expressed by impressions, feelings & perceptions Ex. Surveys, Interviews, Focus Groups, etc. Quantitative Values  Expressed in numerical terms, counted, or compared on a scale Ex. Grade Point Averages, Test Scores, etc.
