After the system had been in operation for a number of years Smithsonian no longer had access to system design documentation needed to integrate the PAYES system with their new general ledger system. Smithsonian called on Macro Solutions to develop detailed system documentation of the existing Visual Basic code and Crystal Reports, and provide system enhancements to the code on an as needed basis.
