II. Factory Social System How is the nature of the social system and social hierarchy in a factory determined? Role of management Role of workers  Unorganized  Organized Role of the outside community

III. Changing the Culture of a Factory Are there external forces that might tend to change the culture of a factory? What are some of those external factors? Are there internal forces that might tend to change the culture of a factory? What are some of those internal factors?
