Objectives When the learners finish learning this unit, they should be able to providing information on customers and service collecting information on customers and service.

Language focus Make and do • we use do: 1.to take about activities without mentioning exactly what they are 2.to talk about work or a task 3.with a determiner +verb+-ing, to talk about activities that are repeated or take some time.

do nothing, do your best, do research, do the typing, do a job • We use make: 1.to talk about creating or constructing. 2.with nouns connected with talking about sounds. 3.with nouns connected with travel.

make a complaint, make a mistake, make a suggestion, make a speech, make a decision, make plans, make money • There are many other expressions with make and do which do not follow these guidelines. It is best to learn these or use a dictionary if you are unsure.
