An Educator’s Impact Elementary education is the first stage of formalized education Each child comes to elementary school at a different point along the spectrum of development. As such, each child has their own needs and greatly varying expectations. Often, during the elementary school years, children develop a lifelong attitude towards school and learning as a whole. Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) is a school-based, research-validated framework to improve school climate.”
