3. New Layout
We have updated the design of the browse products screen to give it a modern look with responsive functionality. This means it is optimised to work on a variety of screen sizes, from mobile to desktop.
Lesson descriptions should be brief.

4. Searching for an item
We have added a dynamic search filter that looks at every part of an item. All you need to do is type in an item name, catalogue number, or even its height and it will automatically bring out all the items relevant to your search!
Example objectives
At the end of this lesson, you will be able to:
Save files to the team Web server.
Move files to different locations on the team Web server.
Share files on the team Web server.

5. Add to Order
The add to order button will add your desired quantity of an item to your current open order. For example, if you require 2 of item Banana Storage Bag, you would simply enter 2 into the quantity box (fig a) and then press the Add to Order button (fig b). You will receive a pop up notification confirming the item has been added to your order.

6. Drop Shipping
This brand new addition to the browse products screen allows you to complete a drop ship order whilst you still have a regular order open! You now no longer need to close or re-enter your order to quickly drop ship an item to a customer.

7. Add Items to the Drop Ship Basket
To start drop shipping, simply find your desired items and press the “Add to Drop Ship” button. You will see a notification at the top right informing you that the items have been added to the drop ship basket.

8. Viewing the Drop Ship basket
To view your basket, simply click on the basket section at the top of the page to open the basket window. Here you can review the contents of your basket. Also, if you hover over or tap an item you will find additional options such as editing its personalisation details or removing it from the basket. Once you are ready to proceed with your order, all you need to do is click “Continue” in the basket window.

9. Completing the Drop Ship Order
You will be presented with a form to enter the delivery address of the drop ship order. Once this has been completed, press “Review & Confirm” to proceed to the order review screen. On the order review screen, you are given a chance to review the customer’s address and also the total cost of the order including delivery. Once you are happy with this, click Confirm Order to process the drop ship order. It’s that simple!

10. Personalisation
Items that are eligible for personalisation will have their “Add to Order”/”Add to Basket” buttons replaced with a large button stating “Personalise”. Please note: All the personalised items show a Stock Level of 0. This is not reflective of their actual stock. If a personalised item is not available to order, it will not show in the Browse Products screen.

11. Adding Personalisation
After clicking “Personalise”, you will be presented with a form to enter personalisation details. Once you have entered the details and are happy that they are correct, you can then use the “Add to Order” button to add the item to your current open order or “Add to Drop Ship” button to add the item to the dropship basket.

12. Viewing Larger Images
If you would like to view an items image (to save it for use on social media, for example) or indeed to view alternative images for the item, simply click on the thumbnail to be presented with an image carousel.

13. Viewing Alternative Images
Some items will have more than one image. All you need to do is click the thumbnail in the image carousel to show a larger version in the viewing window, where you can save the image as you would normally.
