What Do You See? Do you dress professionally? Do you manage your time? Are you a team player? Do you anticipate success? Do you set priorities? What Do You See?

If you write your goals down, you are committing to achieving them. State your goal, how you plan to achieve it, and when you will achieve it. List your short- and long-term goals. Short-term goals outline what you will accomplish within the next 3 years. Long-term goals describe achievements that will take place in the next 5 years or more. Write It Down

Take each goal on your list and break down into smaller manageable steps. Picture your self achieving your goals. Anticipate challenges and how you will overcome them. Surround yourself with successful, motivated people. Use affirmations. Take action toward your goals daily. Implementation

Evaluation Each accomplishment moves your progress toward completion. Evaluate your progress toward your goals daily. Did you meet your daily goals? Do you need to adjust your priorities? Evaluation

Are You There Yet? Goal + Action = Success If you set goals and take action toward them daily, you will achieve your goals, and be well on your way to a successful career. Are You There Yet?
