Focus on what really matters. The future is unpredictable, new technology and innovation creates new opportunities But we need to be able to adapt. Thinking about your next steps. Take a minute and think about what really matters to you, what you value. Not specific courses or jobs but the type of future you would like to create and the type of impact you would like to have on the world.

PATHWAYS UNIVERSITY COLLEGE APPRENTICESHIPS EMPLOYMENT LEARNING WORK UNIVERSITY COLLEGE APPRENTICESHIPS EMPLOYMENT ENTREPRENEURSHIP Pathways Animated Slide - pathway option in the circle will appear one at a time on click. Key Message: In the past most people completed learning – school, college, university – then moved into work. Now the separation of learning, life and work is becoming a thing of the past. It is much easier to move between work and learning or combine work and learning, but it is also more complex, we need our CMS to select the kind of learning and work experience that can help create the future you were just imagining. Examples of change: Online learning such as MOOCs, Massive Open Online Courses Universities converting entire years (usually 3rd year) into industry placements as a core part of the degree Workplace learning and qualifications in every industry and every level
