LNCaP-EV, LNCaP-eNOS, and LNCaP-sheNOS cells were inoculated subcutaneously into SCID mice and tumor volumes were measured weekly using a caliper. Each point represents the average tumor size from 5 to 10 animals. *, P < 0.05 compared with corresponding control (EV) tumor volume. B, GSNO inhibits LNCaP C4-2 tumor growth. LNCaP and LNCaP C4-2 cells were inoculated subcutaneously into SCID mice.
