A, tumor growth studies in H1975 tumor–bearing mice. Mice (n = 8) were administered compounds 1 to 3 at 25 mg/kg, once daily for 15 consecutive days i.p. For comparison, control groups of afatinib (20 mg/kg, i.p.), WZ4002 (25 mg/kg, p.o.), and erlotinib (100 mg/kg, p.o.) were included. Percentage ΔT/ΔC was determined; percentage of tumor growth inhibition was expressed as 100% − %ΔT/ΔC. B, body weights were monitored for the duration of the studies.
