Starters Soup: Caldo Verde (A Green Soup) Main dish Chanfana; Tibornada no Lagar (Codfish); Grilled Kid and Migas Dessert Tigelada (a kind of Pudding) Our Suggestion :

To make this soup we need smashed potatoes and cabbage. After cutting the cabbage in thin stripes we must add it to the smashed potatoes mixture that has been boiled with water. Finally, one should add some salt and olive oil.

Procedure: Cut the goat meat in little pieces, and then put the meat in a clay pot.Then add salt,olive oil, paprika, laurel and then the garlic. Mix the food with your hands or with a wooden spoon. Afterwards fill it with Red wine and let it settle for 24hours. Finally put some tin foil over the pot and then put it in the oven to roast. Ingredients: 500g diced goat meat 1 dL olive oil 4 garlic cloves (chopped) 3 onions (sliced) 1 bay leaf 1 tsp cayenne pepper,salt pepper red wine 1 or 2 dried chillies (red if possible)

Leave this mixture for a while in a cool place. Then grill the meat in the oven. It can be served with roasted potatoes and vegetables.

Ingredients: 6 eggs 12 spoons full of sugar 1 lemon peel some cinnamon 1spoon of flour 0,5l of milk Procedure: Mix the eggs with the sugar and the flour. Add the lemon peel, the cinnamon and the milk. Pu t the mixture in the oven, and leave it there during an hour.
