Communication & Calendar WhatsApp Our official way to communicate with ENTIRE Team Allows us as coaches to send instant messages with our entire team instantly. We are limited to send 20 contacts a text message I have all of the parents in a group so I can instantly communicate with all of the parents as well. It allows me to see who’s read my messages as well. @umary.edu (Outlook app) I have a wrestling calendar with all of the workouts and practices that the team needs to be at and I share that with everyone part of our program so they know when we practicing, when we leave for trips, where we are staying, and etc. I set up individual meetings through their email. Matboss Matboss is a wrestling specific video software that we record all of the wrestling matches on and stores the matches online. Each individual on the team creates a login, which allows him to watch his matches and be able to put in notes online for us coaches to see. There is an app so the wrestlers can watch their matches off their phone as well. Us coaches are able to put notes on the actual video and it will stop and pop-up when the wrestlers are watching their film. The wrestlers are able to share their log-in information with their parents so they can watch their matches as well. The next slide will show you a preview of a match with some notes on it to hopefully make sense to what I am referring to.
