Requirements for project main outputs Sustainable and clean environment through cooperation  Specific objective 1.2. Requirements for project main outputs Public services and administration Specific objective 4.1. Programme output indicator: 1.2. Number of organisations supported 4.1. Number of institutions, participating in cooperation Project shall specify one project main output contributing to Programme output indicator and having the same measurement unit Project main output: cannot be with value 0 and cannot be a deliverable How to calculate value: Primarily only those institutions which are directly involved in the project (are project partners) can be calculated. In specific circumstances (strongly justifying), other institutions can be counted (for example, stakeholders involved in project activities, institutions directly contributing from the results of the project etc.). How to justify in report: Number of project partners If other institutions are counted, proves on their involvement need to be collected (depending on their type of involvement). Shortcoming/definitions, durability Shortcoming/workplan Lessons learned the 1st Call and 2nd Call Shortcoming/Idea No proof or facts provided on project context - common territorial challenge, reason for cross-border cooperation, what innovation/ new knowledge is brought Recommendation Provide proof (statistical data, links to sources), show demand (studies, research, survey), how target group will contribute, explain and demonstrate need for cooperation and innovative/ new solutions applied Shortcoming/definitions, durability Too broad and vague definitions (objectives, results, outputs) or «copy, paste» from Programme indicators, lack of sufficient information on project durability Recommendation Tailor-made objectives, results, main outputs – but the same measurement unit as in Programme indicators has to be chosen. Recommendation Involve right partners, users of project results, identify responsible partners per activities, create balanced partnership – level of involvement in all aspects of the project Shortcoming/budget Too broad or too detailed descriptions, not in line with planned activities, cost-sharing Recommendation Be precise, but maintain right balance of details, cross-check with what is planned in workplan, cost-sharing is not allowed, each partner plans its own expenses.
