Synchronization of Medications Works similar to setting up a medical appointment. All medications will be filled once on a monthly basis or 3 month basis. Pharmacy communicates with Patients one week prior to refilling medications. Pharmacy staff prepares medications. Patients pick up all refill medications on an assigned date.

Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Pharmacy will set up an appointment for patients to meet with the pharmacist. Prior to meeting, the pharmacist reviews records and refills of a patients adherence to taking medications on a regular basis. During the meeting the pharmacist will listen to concerns a patient has about their drug therapy.
