100 Book Challenge Daily Class Home – Starting Wednesday, Sept. 16th Each day, students read independently and with partners. We focus on keeping our eyes in our book, taking picture walks, and tracking the print. The teacher conferences with individual students during this time. After reading, the students choose two of their books and write the titles on their reading log. The teacher signs the log validating 30 minutes of reading at school. Daily Class Home – Starting Wednesday, Sept. 16th Y, YY, and G books 15 minutes = 1 line on 100 BC log 4 books Skill Cards 100 Words/Sight Words Log and Sign 2 lines per night = 30 minutes of reading activities each night.

Homework Daily: Please Check Silver Folder Every Night - Homework, important notes and information, special activities or requests, etc. 100 Book Challenge (30 minutes) Read Books Review Skill Card Study/Review Sight Words Skill Review (written work) Homework Journals In addition to 100 Book Challenge In folder every Monday, Due Thursday of that same week

? Conferences October 20th & 22nd, 2015 3:00-6:30pm Mandatory conferences Conference schedule will be sent home in October.
