1 Parent Information Night
Second Grade Welcome to Open House!

2 Daily/Weekly Communication
Dolphin Folders go home every Wednesday. They should be signed and returned by Thursday. You may keep your student's papers. Weekly Homework sheet/Newsletter should be checked nightly for homework assignments. Students have all week to complete assignments which will be turned in on Friday. Reading log should be initialed daily, Monday through Thursday. Behavior calendars should be initialed Monday through Friday.

3 Daily/Weekly Communication
Library Books need to be returned daily. Students are expected to take a Reading Counts quiz on the book that they check out on their 
​reading level. The book with a dot on the spine is a Reading Counts 
​book. Once students have quizzed and passed on their 'dotted' book 
​they are able to return to the library (more on Reading Counts to 
​come). Spelling/Reading Tests are on Friday. Other tests are as scheduled. Snack- Please send in a small snack every day for your child.
