Requirements for the final reporting EMODnet CHEMISTRY 3 Final Meeting, Madrid, Spain 29th - 30th January, 2019 A. Giorgetti M. Eliezer OGS

Introduction We’ll outline report’s structure, following the tender requirements, and the responsible partners (WP leaders). Additional documentation is required from Regional Leaders, that will be linked in the report. Your input is welcome for any of the report’s chapters! This is a report for the whole period (6/3/2017-5/3/2019) Info requested by meliezer@inogs.it 30/01/19 - Final meeting

Report’s structure with roles (1) Executive summary (max 750 words) – OGS, MARIS, SC (2) Highlights of the reporting period – OGS, MARIS, SC (3) Summary of the work done – OGS, MARIS, SC (4) Challenges encountered – OGS, MARIS, SC (5) Allocation of project resources – OGS, MARIS, SC (6) Meetings held – OGS with input from all 30/01/19 - Final meeting

Report’s structure with roles (7) Work package updates – all SC (WP and RL) (8) User Feedback – OGS (help desk) (9) Outreach and communication activities - OGS with input from all (incl. papers!) (10) Updates on Progress Indicators – OGS, MARIS, ULg (11) Additional User Statistics – OGS, MARIS (12) Recommendations for follow-up actions by the EU – OGS, MARIS with input from all 30/01/19 - Final meeting

Additional documentation by RL (7) Work package updates will refer to dedicated documents having their own DOIs. The first example is EMODnet Chemistry Eutrophication and Ocean Acidification aggregated datasets v2018. Similar documents are needed for: DIVA Concentration maps by sea region v2018 Contaminants aggregated datasets v2018 DIVA maps near river mouths (if available) 30/01/19 - Final meeting

Homogeneous input from RL The information provided by the six RL for DIVA Concentration maps by sea region v2018 Contaminants aggregated datasets v2018 (7) Work package updates have to be complete and homogenised among the RL. 30/01/19 - Final meeting

(10) Updates on Progress Indicators, based on input from all (a) Volume of data made available through the portal (b) Organisations supplying each type of data per country and organisation type (c) Organisations approached to supply data with no result (d) Volume of each type of data and of each data product downloaded from the portal (e) Organisations that have downloaded each data type (f) User statistics for main pages utilised and preferred navigation routes (g) List of purpose for data downloading (h) List of user bodies connected through web services 30/01/19 - Final meeting

Requirements for last month Complete data collection and metadata population (for statistics) Complete products generation and publishing (for statistics) RL provide description on how DIVA concentration maps + contaminants collections were generated March-April: reporting period (input requested)
