STARTER 9/22 and 9/23 Nine Weeks Exam October 4 & 5 Reflect and research on the fire in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park last year. How do you think it affected the biodiversity of that area. Find proof to back up your claims. Learning Goal: I can explain the importance of maintaining the earth's biodiversity. SPI 0807.5.4 Identify several reasons for the importance of maintaining the earth's biodiversity.

GSMNP Webquest Pick up a packet from the front stool and find the link on your teams page. Be prepared to listen for instructions. If you finish the webquest turn it in to your tray and research an animal on World Wildlife Foundation website. Be prepared to share what you have learned.
