Games in Physical Education Defined as activities that involve one or more people, it can incorporate an object (such as a ball), and it requires rules. In here, people practice different skills they want to improve, they play cooperatively with others, and it can also be competitive.

Popular Games These games are common around people all over the world. Everyone knows about these games and they use them in their daily life. Not everyone may play it the same way, but the same concept is there. Everyone just plays it differently because of their culture and beliefs.

Traditional Games The traditional game is a game that has been handed down from generation to generation. Meaning, grandparents to parents, parents to kids, and kids to younger family members, ect.
