Time was used in a variety of ways as the tempo of the music changed, and the tempo of the dance changed with it…a good example of time was at the end of the ballroom number where Ella and The Prince needed to time their kiss so that The Prince could dip Ella in time with the end of the music.

Energy was used within Cinderella with the dynamic lifts done in the ballroom scene. The quality was effortless and smooth. The dancers demonstrated a great deal of strength.
