All ‘pots’ (cups, plates, utensils) are to be washed, dried and put away – these are additional facilities that the company provides, if the basics can not be met these can be removed, leaving only the coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Always use the smoking area, smoking else where on site is NOT permitted. Health and Safety Richard Quenby Site Rules All visitors, drivers and staff must sign in on arrival and sign out on departure Vehicles to be parked in designated areas or as instructed by Management Hi-visibility vests and safety shoes must be worn within the Warehouse and designated external areas No Smoking except in the designated area No food or drink within the warehouse No unauthorised entry to the warehouse Report all incidents / accidents to a member of staff Stop and Search Policy applies to all personnel on site Drugs an Alcohol testing in operation In the event of a Fire / evacuation leave by your nearest exit and wait at the Assembly point 22/06/2019 Health and Safety Richard Quenby

Health and Safety Richard Quenby Fire Safety Most fires can be prevented with simple precautions. If a fire does occur: Raise the alarm. Locate an escape route. It is vital escape routes are kept clear at all times Make your way calmly to the designated meeting point, and stay there. A full register will be taken to ensure everybody is present.
