Determine which law is being violated and explain how it occurred. Scenario#1 Determine which law is being violated and explain how it occurred. The Privacy violation is the law and it occurred in this scenario when the medical claims department came across a familiar name and started thinking about sharing their findings.

Privacy Amendment (private sector) Create a solution that would prevent the ethical violation that you identified in the scenario. A.
