MAP OF FINLAND (MAIN CITIES,RIVERS,MOUNTAINS) Espoo, Tampere, Vantaa and Turku are some of many large cities in Finland. Finland is known for its 200,000 lakes which include saimaa and inari. The 2 highest mountains in Finland are Sanna Lapponia 1029 metres which is 11 metres smaller then Carrantuohill and Yllaastuturi 718 metres. The 2 longest rivers in Finland are Kemijoki river 522 km 192 km longer then the river Shannon and Lijoki river 330 km.

The largest sector of Finland's economy is services at 66%, followed by manufacturing and refining at 31% and primary production is 2.9%.

They also won Gold at the 2011 World Championships in Slovakia and in 1995 in Sweden.

FINLAND Other sports include ice hockey, athletics, cross country skiing, ski jumping and Formula one. Some other recreational activities include floorball, Nordic walking, running, cycling and skiing. The 1952 Summer Olympics were held in Helsinki. Other notable sporting events held in Finland include the 1983 and 2005 World Athletics Championship. Finland held the 2007 Eurovision Song contest after Lordi a rock band won in 2006.
