Portugal is a country in southern Europe. It boarders Spain and the Atlantic Ocean. The capital of Portugal is Lisbon. In Portugal they speak Portuguese. The currency in Portugal is the Euro. The population of Potugal is million.
The flag of Portugal is red and green. The Portuguese coat of arms is pictured where the two colours meet. The green symbolizes hope for the future and the red symbolizes blood of the nation. The Portuguese coat of arms that has five small blue shields with white dots and a yellow shield with seven yellow castles is surrounded by yellow straps. The flag was first used in 1910.

You could see some Puffins in Iceland. Puffins are black and white birds with large orange beaks.
